If anything goes wrong with your tools and they need to be fixed we will offer you the loan of our own tools, this is only available to trade clients and registered members.
Return Policy
Please Read carefully.
1- if you receive a faulty system you have the right to return it for a full refund within 30 days.
2- After 30 days will will fix or replace any faulty parts free of charge within the warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
3- If you change your mind after trying the tools we will refund you but you will need to pay administration fee of 10% of the value of goods for tools under £1000 and 5% for tools over £1000.
5- Must NOT activate subscriptions or register the the universal tools if this is done the full fee for the annual subscription will be deducted from any refund
5- By checking out you are agreeing to these terms and they are designed to stop some who use our company to borrow tools from and abuse the Paypal return rules.
Reset And Repair
