This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Refund Policy

No Fault refunds will incur a 30% admin charge for non business clients.

Business clients with a VAT number will pay 15%.

After 30 days no refunds are given for faults but will be fixed or replaced.

Battery faults or missing parts that can be sent to buyers are not accepted as fault.

if you check out or make purchase it means you have agreed to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to withdraw change and amend our refund policy and rules as we deem fit.

This policy is subject to change to comply with rules and regulations governing online or in-person sales.

This return and refund policy will apply to retrospectively to all no fault returns.

Photos are for illustration/ marketing and the package content is listed below the photo.

Orders take 3-4 working days but sometimes it will take longer.

The product description is a manufacturer description, it is the responsibility of the mechanic / car tech to know what tool is needed and how to use it, we sell tools we do not fix cars or use these tools.

Software subscriptions.

all subscriptions are subject to termination by the manufactures. this is a risk you will take when subscribing through 3rd party provider such as this website where possible any lost time will be added back to your account or credit is given for future purchases. no refunds are given after 30 days after purchase.

Any period where services are out due to our servers will be added to your account.
